Johnny Buscema Jr. is the President and CEO of S.A.F.E. Structure Designs, a Christian-based global leader in defense contracting known for its ergonomic safety-first support equipment for the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, U.S. Coast Guard, and Special Ops. He established S.A.F.E. Structure Designs LLC in 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. His prior experience in financial investing, which began at one of the largest U.S. financial services firms, John Hancock, in 2001, provided him with the skills to effectively manage finances, cut costs, negotiate with creditors, and restructure debts.

In 2005, leveraging his financial acumen and a robust family background in real estate construction, he founded Stylistic Designs Developers, a general contracting firm based in Clearwater, FL, specializing in residential, commercial, and medical facility construction, which continues to prosper today.

Early Life and Career

Johnny was born in Long Island, NY, and raised in Florida, where he completed his education at the University of Florida. A proud Gator Alumni and former collegiate athlete, he excelled in track and field, particularly in the 110M High Hurdles, even qualifying for the Olympic Trials. Unfortunately, an injury two weeks before the trials ended his Olympic dreams. He has since devoted time to coaching track and field at several middle and high schools across Florida, Nevada, and Illinois. In 2001, his career turned pivotal when he joined John Hancock Financial Services as a Financial and Investment Advisor. He quickly climbed the ranks to become one of the youngest financial executives to open a branch in New Port Richey, FL.

In 2010, after divesting his interests in his real estate venture to his father and a former teammate, he redirected his focus to All Metal MS, transforming it into a safety-focused industry leader.
